Man Dies After Falling From the Tropicana Casino

On May 6th, a man appears to have jumped from the Tropicana Casino & Resort Atlantic City. His body was found on the sidewalk on Stenton Place near Tony’s Baltimore Grill. The 57-year-old man was from Maryland and police are withholding the man’s name until his family can be notified. This tragedy comes during a busy time for the hotel and staff. The Tropicana is nearing the completion of a $50 million renovation that reconditioned nearly 440 rooms and laid granite walkways in the gambling area. The hotel also recently opened a state of the art gym, and has been diversifying their non-gambling amenities.
